The brush I purchased is great, very good quality and build, like their straws, but the five stars are not only for their product, it's for the way you are treated when doing business with them. I screwed up an order and they took care of it and replacement is in the mail, no charge, and in one day, but it goes beyond that, "In giving you get" is an old proverb that comes to mind and they get it. I think the business world is to take a turn for the better and Simply Straws is on the cusp of that wave as smaller mom and pop businesses begin to return.
