Simply Straws Community Update

With customers like you supporting our small business we will continue to change the way the world sips, one sip at a time.

With the safety of our community in mind, both our employees and our customers, Simply Straws is adjusting our manufacturing and shipping policy until further notice.

Did you know we use an open flame to make our beautiful glass straws? This process requires at least two people in close proximity (safety first). Not to worry, we have our full line of products, including straws on hand and will keep selling.

All orders placed online will be shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.

We will have one employee at a time shipping out your orders so you can still receive your straw and we can keep our team healthy. Please see the below schedule to see when your order will ship.

  • Shipping Monday - Orders placed Thursday after 9 am (PST) through Sunday 11:59 pm (PST).
  • Shipping Thursday - Orders placed Monday 12 am (PST) through Thursday 8:59 am (PST)
  • Personalized straws and mugs may be delayed to allow time to be customized.

Our customer service team will be available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.

We are working from home, cuddled up with our furry friends and loved ones. Please reach out to us if you have any special requests for your order, or just want to chat. We always recommend that you wash all our Simply Straws products before using them, regardless of where you purchased our product.

While all our straws are sanitized in a commercial dishwasher before being shipped, hot soapy water or your dishwasher are your best friends when it comes to keep your straws clean.
