Simply Straws Covid-19 Community Update

With customers like you supporting our small business we will continue to change the way the world sips, one sip at a time.

With the safety of our community in mind, both our employees and our customers, Simply Straws is adjusting our manufacturing and shipping policy until further notice.

Did you know we use an open flame to make our beautiful glass straws? This process requires at least two people in close proximity, (safety first). Not to worry, we have our full line of products, including straws on hand and will keep selling.

We are still shipping but expect some delays.

We have one employee at a time shipping out your orders so you can still receive your straws and we can keep our team healthy. Please understand that your order might not ship out the day after you ordered as it has in the past. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. You'll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

  • Personalized straws and mugs will be delayed to allow time to be customized. Please give an additional 3 business days for custom orders.
  • Once your order has shipped, please give the postal service and delivery service a little extra patience. They are all experiencing delays.

Our customer service team will be available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.

We are working from home, cuddled up with our furry friends and loved ones. Please reach out to us if you have any special requests for your order, or just want to chat. We always recommend that you wash all our Simply Straws products before using them, regardless of where you purchased our product.

While all our straws are sanitized in a commercial dishwasher before being shipped, hot soapy water or your dishwasher are your best friends when it comes to keep your straws clean.
