RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of your purchase date. Email us at wecare@simplystraws.com. Please include your order number, original item(s) and the item(s) you want in exchange. We request you pay for the cost of return shipping and Simply Straws will ship your new items for free.

 

Returns

Returns are valid within 30 days of your order date. Customized straw or special orders are not returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start your return, email your order number, and the reason why you want to return to wecare@simplystraws.com.

We will not accept any item more than 30 days after purchase date.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on the status of your refund. Note original shipping cost will not be refunded. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, please allow a few days for processing.

Broken Straw

While our straws are resilient, they are not completely indestructible. That is why we have our lifetime guarantee. To receive your replacement straw we ask that you fill out our form and include a photo of your broken straw with our logo.
