SHIP + EXCHANGE
Standard shipments within the United States are usually sent via USPS or UPS, however we do offer other expedited method such as 2nd Day Air. We’ll email you when your order has ship with the tracking number.
We will do our best to accommodate your custom orders. Please allow us 4-6 weeks for larger request. Contact us for a quote.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days from purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a return, refund or exchange.
For any return, exchange, or refund we require an order number, receipt/invoice or proof of purchase. Any item not in it's original condition, such as damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
We will not accept any item more than 30 days after purchase date.
