Our glass straws are made of borosilicate glass, the strongest glass available, which makes them perfect for basically everyone! They are non-toxic, recyclable and provide a pure drinking experience!

What do I drink with them?

Everything! Our glass straws are perfect for any beverage.  Hot or cold, thin or thick, sugar or caffeine, we have a straw for everything. If you're feeling adventurous we have used our wide straws for soups too!

What is BPA and does it matter?

BPA stands for bisphenol-A. BPA is found in polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins. Studies have linked BPA to hormone disruption, increased breast, and prostate cancer cell growth, early onset puberty, and obesity. Simply Straws is proud to say we are BPA FREE!

Why do Dentists & Hygienists recommend these straws?

The dental community has become aware even those on a healthy diet are prone to acid wear of teeth, a worrisome escalating trend. Erosion of the enamel on your teeth can make them more sensitive to temperatures and also makes your teeth more prone to decay. Using a glass straw helps minimize contact with the teeth and helps reduce the effects of acid on tooth enamel while removing the harmful exposure to BPA that would be found in an ordinary plastic straw. If you use a straw to protect your teeth, we always recommend a reusable glass one!

Where are you located?

At Simply Straws we work by hand, based out of California, and take great pride in what we do. We even use recycled materials along every step.



What do I do if I broke my straw?

While our straws are resilient, they are not completely indestructible. That is why we have our lifetime guarantee. To receive your replacement straw we ask that you fill out the form and include a photo of your broken straw with our logo. This will give us all the information we need and you will receive an email with a coupon code for a replacement straw. Just place your order through our website and apply the code at checkout.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept exchanges or returns within a 30-day window as long as received in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping but Simply Straws will ship the exchange, free of cost. Personalized straws are non-refundable. Please see our Return/Exchange Policy for additional information. 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours from placing an online order. Please email wecare@simplystraws to cancel your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to ship orders immediately but orders are typically fulfilled and out the door within 3-5 business days. If you selected an expedited shipping method of 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days. Customize your straw or mug? Add an additional 3-5 days.



What are my shipping options?

Standard shipments within the United States are usually sent via USPS, however, we do offer other expedited method and use UPS if requested. We’ll email you when your order has shipped with the tracking number. If you have further questions please visit Shipping & Deliveries.

Do you do custom orders?

You can customize your single straw or our Simply Straws Mug. Just add fit to the product before adding to your cart. Please keep the language clean, and no pictures or emojis. Please allow an additional 5 days for custom etching. What a large custom order? Contact us for a quote.

Where do you deliver?

We want to see glass straws around the world and offer international shipping. We generally ship through the United States Postal Service unless you chose another option at checkout. We have found that international shipping is normally faster and more reliable using UPS but the choice is yours.

How do I know if my order was processed?

Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is accurate – especially your email address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was charged to your card. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed.

What days do you not ship?

We will promptly ship out your orders, Monday thru Friday, but take breaks on the weekends to drink smoothies and participate in beach cleanups.

Simply Straws and its carriers will not be shipping on the following holidays:

Where do you ship from?

Simply Straws is based out of California and ships from our warehouse onsite.



How do I clean/care for my straw?

Your straw is dishwasher safe.  We recommend after every use to rinse with clean water and either place in an upright container (utensil holder) or place in your antibacterial hemp sleeve for protection. When necessary use your Simply Straws cleaning brush for a spotless straw. We do not recommend any harsh cleaners on our straws as there isn't a need for them. Hot water and some natural soap should do the trick.

How do I clean/care for my lid?

Your lid is top rack dishwasher safe.  We recommend after every use to rinse with clean water and remove the sealing silicone ring. Please do not remove the inner silicone grommet (the part your straw goes through). If needed, you can slightly lift the edge of the ring to clean. 

How do I store my straws?

We have found a number of ways to store our glass straws. Simply Straws makes available a number of different size sleeves to accommodate everyone: single sleeves for your purse, car or backpack, 3 straw sleeve holds more and is for the active person and our 6 straw sleeve works well for home resembling a beautiful jewelry roll. For quick access we love to leave them in an upright position in a glass vase in our kitchen, giving everyone the opportunity to experience drinking out of a glass straw.

How do I clean my straw and mason sleeves?

It is easily cleaned either in your washing machine or by hand. These sleeves may shrink slightly upon washing but will stretch back to its original size once in use, like your jeans. We recommend hand washing your mason sleeves for this reason.

What do I do if my straw looks hazy?

At times your straw may look like it has a film on it. This may be due to hard water deposits. The easiest solution is to place your straw in white vinegar then rinse with clear water, again place in an upright position to dry.

We are confident that Simply Straws glass drinking straws are rugged enough to handle daily life and use but we understand life happens and have our Lifetime Guarantee for this reason. Our Lifetime Guarantee Against Breakage applies to our glass straws only, excluding shipping & customization. To receive your code please take a photo of the straw, with a visible logo, and upload it onto our replacement form with your information. Please allow 5-7 business days once we receive your form to process your request. We will issue you a web-store credit and provide you with the coupon code for non-customized glass straw that you may use on any products at
