Sip Sunday // Need a Quick Kick of Energy? Try this Super Red Juice

For a quick kick of energy before your workout, juice up this nutritious recipe. Drink it before you go or take it with you for some sustained energy. To make it even healthier, shop for and use organic and non-GMO fruits.

Super Red Juice
1 “thumb” ginger
1 in. piece turmeric root
1 beet, peeled quartered
1 apple, quartered
1/2 pint raspberries
3 orange’s peeled

Juice all ingredients & enjoy over ice. Will hold medicinal benefits for about 24 hours refrigerated and juice will separate. Good for 3 days refrigerated, benefits decrease with time. Organic non-GMO fruits suggested. Makes 1 jump started serving.
