Amy Katz, curator of Veggies Save The Day (@veggiessavetheday on Instagram) shares with us her this awesome recipe for a Tropical Cactus Water Recovery Smoothie. This is a great way to enjoy your straws and stay hydrated as the hot Summer days drift into Fall.
Here’s the scoop…
1 cup cactus water
1/2 peeled cucumber, roughly chopped
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
2 mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, pour in a glass, and sip through your Simply Straw!
