Pink Peanut Butter Smoothie: Vegan + Gluten Free

Courtesy of the talented and amazing Ilene Godofsky (Aka The Colorful Kitchen), this recipe really is so good. I personally love how Ilene pairs this pink smoothie with one of our Amber Straws -- what a fun way to nourish the day.
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 2 tbs ground flax
- 1½ cups almond milk
- shredded coconut
- Blend bananas, berries, peanut butter, flax and milk together until completely smooth.
- Transfer to glasses and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
