If you purchased or received a non-custom product directly from simplystraws.com and would like to return or exchange it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or web-store credit for exchange. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any straws, sleeves or brushes. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return merchandise to Simply Straws, unless the item is defective.
If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than simplystraws.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
We offer a Lifetime Guarantee Against Breakage that applies to our glass straws only-Retail Purchases. We are so confident that Simply Straws glass drinking straws are rugged enough to handle daily life and use, that we will replace any broken straw without customization. (EXCLUDING shipping). Please take a photo of the straw and the small logo on either end of your straw, up load photo on to the replacement form or email to email@example.com with your information. Allow 5-7 business days once we receive your straw to process your request. We will issue you a web-store credit and provide you with the coupon code for non-customized glass straw that you may use on any products at www.SimplyStraws.com.
