Pink Peanut Butter Smoothie: Vegan + Gluten Free

Courtesy of the talented and amazing Ilene Godofsky (Aka The Colorful Kitchen), this recipe really is so good. I personally love how Ilene pairs this pink smoothie with one of our Amber Straws -- what a fun way to nourish the day.

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 2 tbs ground flax
  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Blend bananas, berries, peanut butter, flax and milk together until completely smooth.
  2. Transfer to glasses and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
